Sophia is the passionate and visionary director behind A+ Online, bringing over 25 years of experience in education and tutoring. Initially pursuing a Medical Science degree with aspirations of becoming a doctor, Sophia’s journey took a surprising turn when she discovered her love for Mathematics while tutoring students during her university years. This newfound passion led her to complete a Mathematics degree and set her on a path of educational excellence.
Sophia recognised early on that traditional teaching methods often lacked the personal touch and enthusiasm needed to truly engage students. Determined to make a difference, she founded A+ Online with the goal of creating a unique tutoring experience that not only helps students master their subjects but also ignites a genuine passion for learning.
Her team’s approach focuses on personalised, student-centred teaching that combines the NESA, HSC, and IB curriculums with a deep understanding of each student’s individual needs.
